Spiritual film is a movie that inspires us, lifts our spirits and transforms us.
The Tel Aviv SPIRIT Film Festival’s objective is to use the cinematic medium to express ideas that awaken and inspire transformation of the individual and society.
SPIRITS’ vision is to provide the cinema audience with the opportunity to experience spiritual diversity through films. By screening films from diverse inspiring backgrounds, it enables our growth, expands our awareness, increases our capacity to embrace and understand each other and reminds us that we are all ONE.
Tel Aviv SPIRIT Film Festival is a forum for filmmakers who create films with themes that inspire transformation and personal growth, promote positive global activism and create environmental awareness. It is our goal to create a dialogue about the global issues that impact us all and to amplify the voices of those who need to be heard
The Tel Aviv SPIRIT Film Festival’s program will offer not only movie premiers of wonderfully transformational films, but also:
* Lectures and debates featuring both filmmakers and New Age personalities
* World music concerts
* A Spiritual Art Exhibition
* An Artists’ Market
* A (free) World Music Street Event to celebrate the film festival
15,000 people visited the 1st Tel Aviv SPIRIT in 2007, which screened 21 films from around the world in a sold-out event.
